Winters makes it to second round of soap box race

Unalaska, AK – One of Unalaska's two competitors made it as far as the second round in this weekend's All-American Soap Box Derby in Akron, Ohio.

Nine-year-old Emerson Winters made it through the first heat of the stock division. Julie Rowland also raced on Saturday, in the super-stock division.
